Big boy turns ONE!!

I am so big. I am ONE!

Ashton is so big he does lots of big boy stuff.
He...
Says lots of words like,
Mama
Dada
done
uh oh
car
balloon
ball
Moo
trying to figure out "cockadoodledoo"
drink
bye
Grandma
Tai (his cousin)
And starting to figure out lots of others

Ashton is the happiest baby!
He loves his daddy
He never cries unless he's hungry or tired
He is happy all the time
Has the BEST laugh
He's a tease and knows it
He loves to give hugs and kisses and Mommy can't get enough of them!
Loves playing with toys and cousins
Loves to walk with daddy (almost run)
Stands up all on his own and stays up for a long time.
We are very proud of all that Ashton is doing everyday. He has blessed our lives more than we ever thought possible. What a sweet spirit we have!!

Yesterday and we had a little party for him with my family.
We missed all our Snow family!!
They live too far away to come, but we got lots of LOVE, calls, presents and cards.
This was quite the day for Ashton. He wasn't feeling too good, didn't get a nap and then hurt himself too many times to count... which is the norm for this guy.
But, by the time everyone showed up he was ready to go and even got into opening presents, he loved everything, but most especially the wrapping paper. Go figure.
Then it was time to blow out the candle and our little guy decided to put it out with his hand.
OUCH!
After we calmed him down a bit we tried it again. I had to get my picture of him blowing it out. He absolutely hated it the second we started singing "Happy Birthday" again.
So, We stopped and let him get to the cake on his own time. When he finally did, He LOVED it!
He even decided to share with Mommy, Daddy AND Uncle Lance.
What a polite boy we have!
We played with all our toys and had a blast. Then off to bed to start his new year.

Happy Birthday Ashton Boy
We Love you!
